Rooms in main Villa

In the main Villa of Forconate, at the second level, there are 4 double bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) plus 2 triple bedrooms and a single bedroom (which share a comfortable bathroom ). Total maximum occupancy here is 15 persons. 

View of Guest Room (double bed with private bathroom) and a marvellous view towards the Val di Chiana Valley and the swimming pool). Choose this room if you're looking for an exclusive private access from the external stairway.

This is Laura's room named after the owner of Villa Forconate , choose this room
if you wish a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The room has a stunning view of the backyard, the
small lake and the "orto" with the fruit trees.

 

 This is Manu's Room named after one of the young son's of Laura and Camilo (Manuel, 15 years old). This room (with one double bed and an extra single bed) has also a private access via the stone stairway located in the front of the house. A ample bathroom is shared with Andres Room. Stunning views of the valley and the Cetona mountain.
